Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• Only record and capture content you have the right to capture and share.
• Do not capture others’ sensitive or personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not use the AI agent to access systems you are not authorized to use, to bypass security controls, or to perform unlawful actions.
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You retain ownership of the guides, screenshots, audio, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the features you use, including sending relevant content to the AI sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content (annotations, titles, transcriptions, translations, voiceovers, and agent actions) may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it. The AI agent acts on your instructions; you are responsible for the goals you give it and the actions it takes on your behalf.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.

You may stop using AgentWalk and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AgentWalk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
