Privacy Policy

AgentWalk is an AI-powered tool for recording, generating, and sharing step-by-step guides, and for running an AI agent that completes tasks in your browser. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
- Account data. Your name, email address, profile image, plan, and (for password sign-in) a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Screenshots and page content. When you record a guide, we capture screenshots and metadata about the pages and elements you interact with. These screenshots may contain whatever is visible on your screen at the time, including personal or sensitive on-screen content.
- Voice. If you use voice features, we capture audio you record and may send it for transcription and to generate voiceovers.
- Agent run data. When you use the AI agent, we collect the goal you provide and a transcript of the run, which includes page content (DOM data) from the sites the agent operates on, in order to plan and execute steps.
- Analytics. For published guides we collect anonymous view analytics (views, step drop-off, time on step, approximate country and device type, and a hashed visitor fingerprint). This is not tied to a named individual.
How we use your data
- To create, store, generate, and share your guides and their content.
- To run the AI agent and produce a transcript of its actions.
- To generate AI annotations, titles, transcriptions, translations, and voiceovers.
- To provide guide analytics to the guide’s owner.
- To authenticate you, process payments, and operate and secure the service.
Third-party sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors below, strictly to provide the features you use:

AI features (generation, agent planning, transcription) send the relevant content to OpenAI for processing. Audio voiceover generation sends text to ElevenLabs only when that provider is selected.
Data retention
We retain your account, guides, screenshots, audio, agent runs, and analytics for as long as your account is active. Guide version snapshots are retained for up to 30 days. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account record and the data you own — including stored screenshots and audio — as described under your rights below.
Your rights
You can access, export, and delete your personal data at any time:
- Export. Download a JSON copy of your data from Settings → Danger zone → Export my data.
- Deletion. Permanently delete your account and owned data from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
